The organizing team kicks off its 28-month work cycle. A significant milestone has been reached: IBRA 2028 in Ulm will officially be held as an FIP General World Stamp Exhibition under the patronage of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP). This means the exhibition will include all competition classes, including the Championship Class. Following the great success of IBRA 2023 in Essen, the Federation of German Philatelists will once again host an international world stamp exhibition five years later—this time in Ulm, in cooperation with the Association of South-West German Philatelic Societies. Dieter Schaile, Chairman of the South-West Association, who successfully established the International Stamp Fair, is contributing his extensive expertise to the organization of IBRA 2028 and has already begun active
