IBRA 2028 - ULM
The Federation of German Philatelists Ulm will host another international stamp exhibition in 2028, in cooperation with the Southwest German Stamp Collectors' Association.
IBRA 2028 will be a full-fledged FIP World Exhibition with all competition classes. Around 2,000 display frames are planned , as well as an international stamp fair with 80 dealers, working groups, and clubs.
