Frames and formats

 

  • Frame dimensions (inner): 97 × 120 cm

  • up to 16 A4 sheets per frame

  • Other permissible sheet sizes according to FIP specifications

  • Only white or light-colored leaves are permitted.

Key dates

 

  • Registration deadline: February 29, 2028

  • Notification of acceptance by April 30, 2028

  • Participation fees payable via national commissioners by May 15, 2028

  • Literature exhibits can be submitted until July 1, 2028

  • Changes to title/summary allowed until May 31, 2028

Participation fees

 

  • Competition Classes: €100 per frame

  • Experimental Class (1–3 frames): €130 per frame

  • Philatelic Literature: €40 per item, €30 for each additional item

  • Youth Philately: free of charge
