IBRA 2028 – Cooperation between the Federation of German Philatelists and the Southwest Regional Association

Following the great success of IBRA 2023 in Essen, the Federation of German Philatelists will once again host an international world stamp exhibition five years later—this time in Ulm, in cooperation with the Association of South-West German Philatelic Societies.
Dieter Schaile, Chairman of the South-West Association, who successfully established the International Stamp Fair, is contributing his extensive expertise to the organization of IBRA 2028 and has already begun actively promoting the event at an early stage.
